Everything Fo handles for your packages
Find a late package
Fo checks the tracking, contacts the carrier or the store and comes back with a real delivery date.
“My order says delayed again. Find out when it's actually coming.”
Report a missing delivery
If tracking says delivered but nothing came, Fo reports it to the seller and asks for a replacement or refund.
“Tracking says my headphones were delivered but they're not here. Sort it out with the store.”
Move a delivery
Fo asks the carrier to redeliver on a day you're home, or to hold the package for pickup.
“I'm out Thursday. Get the carrier to deliver my package Friday instead.”
Keep an eye on orders
Fo watches the tracking on your open orders and texts you when something ships, stalls or arrives.
“Watch my three open orders and text me if any of them gets stuck.”
Start a return
Fo starts the return with the store, gets the label and reminds you before the return window closes.
“Start a return for the shoes I ordered last week and remind me to drop them off.”
Chase a damaged item
Fo sends the store your photos, asks for a replacement or refund and follows up until it's settled.
“My lamp arrived broken. Send them the photos and get me a replacement.”
How to find a lost package
Most late packages are delayed, not lost. A few checks usually turn them up, and if not, the seller or carrier can open a search or send a replacement.
- Check the tracking on the carrier's own site, not just the store's. It often shows scans the store hasn't picked up yet.
- If it says delivered, look around your door, mailroom and with neighbors, and check the delivery photo or address if the carrier shows one.
- Contact the seller first. For most online orders the seller shipped it, so they can open an investigation or send a replacement.
- For a USPS package, the sender or recipient can submit a Missing Mail search request online starting 7 days after it was mailed.
- If the seller won't help and you paid by card, ask your card issuer how to dispute the charge. Keep the order number and every reply.
Questions people ask
Does Fo need my tracking number?
A tracking number or the order confirmation is enough to start. If the details only show inside your store account, Fo asks you before signing in, or you can forward the order email.
What if the package is really lost?
Fo reports it to the seller or carrier, asks for a replacement or refund and follows up until there's an answer. The seller or carrier makes the decision; Fo makes sure it's asked properly and doesn't go quiet.
Can Fo pick up a package for me?
No. Fo can't show up in person. It can ask the carrier to redeliver on another day or hold the package for pickup, where the carrier offers that.
It doesn't just answer. It takes action.
