Return an order
Fo starts the return, gets the label and tells you how to send the item back.
“Start a return for the shoes I ordered last week. They don't fit.”
Fix a wrong bill
Fo calls the company about a charge that doesn't match what you agreed to and asks for a correction.
“My internet bill went up $30 with no notice. Get it back to the old price.”

How to get a refund from a company
Most refunds start with the merchant. If that doesn't work, a credit card dispute is your backup, and in the US it comes with a deadline.
- Find your receipt, order number and the charge on your statement.
- Read the company's refund or return policy, so you know what to ask for.
- Contact the merchant in writing if you can, and say what went wrong and what you want back. Save every reply.
- Paid by credit card and the merchant says no? Write to your card issuer. In the US, the letter must arrive within 60 days of the statement showing the charge.
- Keep copies of everything you send, and note the date of every call.
Questions people ask
Can Fo guarantee I get my money back?
No. The merchant or card company decides. Fo makes sure your request is clear, backed by your receipts and followed up on until you get an answer.
Does Fo need my account login?
Sometimes. Many refunds can be requested by email or phone with your order details. If the company only handles it inside your account, Fo asks before using your login.
Can Fo file a dispute with my bank?
Fo can gather everything you need and draft the dispute. Banks usually require the cardholder to verify identity and submit it, so you may need to send it yourself.
