Everything Fo handles for flowers and gifts

  • Send a bouquet

Fo picks flowers in your budget, books delivery for the day you need and shows you the order first.

“Send my sister flowers on Friday for her new job. Around $70.”

  • Write the card

Fo drafts the card message with you and only sends what you've approved.

“Help me write a short card for my grandma's 90th. Warm, not cheesy.”

  • Send a gift instead

Fo finds a gift that suits the person and your budget, and once you approve the price, gets it shipped in time.

“Find a thank-you gift for my neighbor who watched our dog. Under $50.”

  • Never miss a date

Fo remembers birthdays and anniversaries and checks in a week ahead with ideas.

“Remind me a week before Mom's birthday and suggest something to send.”

  • Send sympathy flowers

Fo finds a suitable arrangement, confirms the address and delivery time with the florist and books it once you approve the total.

“Send sympathy flowers to the Lees' house by Wednesday. Something simple.”

  • Fix a delivery problem

If flowers arrive late or wilted, Fo contacts the florist and asks for a redelivery or refund.

“The flowers I sent arrived wilted. Get the shop to replace them.”

How to send flowers for same-day delivery

The surest way to get flowers there on time is to order early in the day from a florist near the recipient, with the full address and a phone number.

  1. Find a florist close to the recipient. Ordering from a local shop directly usually means fresher flowers and fewer middlemen.
  2. Check the same-day cutoff. Many florists need the order by late morning or midday to deliver that day.
  3. Give the full address, any apartment or office details and the recipient's phone number, so the driver can reach them.
  4. Ask what happens if no one is home: left at the door, with a neighbor or brought back the next day.
  5. Write a short card message, and keep the order confirmation in case the flowers arrive late or damaged.

Questions people ask

Will Fo spend money without asking?

No. Fo shows you the bouquet or gift, the delivery date and the total, and orders only once you approve. The card message is yours to approve too.

What does Fo need from me?

The recipient's name, address and the date. A phone number helps the delivery. Fo pays with a method you approve and asks before using any store account.

What if it doesn't arrive on time?

Fo checks the order on the day and contacts the florist if it's running late. If it doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, Fo asks for a redelivery or refund. The shop decides; Fo follows up.

It doesn't just answer. It takes action.
