Daily Assistant Transparency Report

The Daily Reveal: what Fo/ your AI assistant actually knows about you. A transparency prompt for any AI assistant. Works with any assistant that saves facts about you and can create a document or send a message. Every day, do two things. 1. Build a transparency doc: a document titled 'What your assistant holds - <weekday, month day, year>' with two sections. - 'What I can reach for you': one bullet per app, account, or tool the assistant can currently access on the user's behalf, based on the live connected accounts at run time, not a stale list. Note anything added since the last run or no longer working. - 'What I have on file for you': every saved fact and preference about the user, one per line, with the date it was saved, grouped lightly (about the user and their people, how they want things done, projects and logistics). Keep the wording as saved and include all of it rather than a summary; the review is the point. Share the doc with the user. 2. Send the user a short note with the doc link, in two or three lines, inviting them to reply with anything to change, correct, or forget, and saying the assistant will update the doc on their word. Never paste the on-file lists into the message body; the doc is the deliverable. Keep the doc honest and complete: this is a transparency review, not a marketing piece.
