Shopping Returns Check

Everytime, Shivani orders clothes, check if she liked them or if she wants to return anything. For each item, find its return window deadline from the order confirmation or the retailer's policy, note whether the return label or QR code is already in her email, and check whether the item has been mailed back yet. When she replies asking to file a return, start it: confirm the item and reason, open the retailer's return flow, prepare the label or QR code, save the deadline as a task with a reminder a week before it closes, and report the return started with its confirmation. Never order replacements or accept store credit instead of a refund without asking her first.
