Proactive
Tired of prompting your agents? They run autonomously and make the call themselves instead of waiting for you to drive.
AI-Human Collaboration
When an agent hits something it can't handle, it recognizes that and pulls in the right person or teammate to close the gap.
Self-learning
They adapt to you. Every piece of feedback tunes the agent. Basically, the more you use it, the better it gets at handling your requests.
Your agents integrate with the tools you already use

Questions
01What is an action agent?
An action agent is an AI worker built to own a job and deliver a real outcome, not just answer a prompt. It combines your instructions, knowledge, memory, and connected tools, then brings in people when judgment or approval is needed. It’s been built to take action and be proactive.
02What can an agent actually do?
Agents can research, draft and retrieve information, communicate by email, Slack, text or phone, manage schedules, coordinate vendors, create documents, update records, and complete bookings or purchases when authorized. What an agent can do depends on its job, tools, and permissions.
03Can agents take actions on their own?
Yes, within the boundaries you set. An agent can work in draft-only mode, ask for approval before acting, or handle defined work independently. Wajo Agents are designed to ask before hard-to-reverse actions and escalate when they need more context or human judgment.
04What apps and tools can agents use?
Agents can work across email, calendar, Google services such as Gmail, Calendar and Drive, Slack, the web, phone, and other connected services. Custom agents can also connect to the systems their job requires, including CRMs, storage, forms, payments, and internal tools. Every connection is permissioned, and availability varies by agent and plan.
05Can my team use the same agents?
Yes. Business workspaces let authorized teammates work with shared agents, knowledge, and workflows. Roles and permissions determine who can instruct an agent, see shared work, approve actions, and manage connections.
06How do agents handle sensitive data?
Sensitive data is handled according to the access you grant. Wajo uses least-privilege permissions and encrypts OAuth tokens and cached Google data in transit and at rest. We do not sell personal information or use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI models, and you can revoke connected accounts or request deletion at any time.
